More than a place to stay, Ronald McDonald House Family Room surrounds families with the care, support and resources they need.
All families who walk through our doors are navigating one of – if not the – hardest times in their lives, most often when their child has been diagnosed with a serious chronic condition such as cancer, a complex heart condition, or one requiring specialized NICU or PICU care.
Caregivers come to us already carrying financial stress, housing challenges, food insecurity, high levels of anxiety and some times depression. And when their child is diagnosed, those pressures compound.

Our Ronald McDonald Family Room programs are directly inside the hospital and adjacent to neonatal or pediatric wards. They provide home-like, quiet spaces where families can rest and recharge during the long days of testing or treatment.
